A Message from our President Welcome to the Farringdon Ward Club. The Club brings together those interested in the City of London, London in general, and especially residents, workers and those in the livery companies in the Wards of Farringdon Within and Farringdon Without to promote interest in the City and our wards. We are a not-for-profit, apolitical organisation with a charitable arm, and we aim to support the City of London and in particular our 2 Aldermen, 3 Deputies and 14 Common Councillors. We do so through a varied programme of formal and informal social functions, visits, and events both educational and entertaining. Allan Graveson |
Farringdon Within Farringdon Within is one of the 25 wards of the City of London, the historic and financial centre of London, England. It was formed in the 14th century from the sub-division of the pre-existing Farringdon Ward into Farringdon Within (inside the line of the Former London Wall), and Farringdon Without, beyond the Wall. |

| Farringdon Without Farringdon Without is the most westerly ward of the City of London, England. Its suffix Without reflects its origin as lying beyond the City's former defensive walls. It was first established in 1394 to administer the suburbs west of Ludgate and Newgate, including West Smithfield and Temple. |
