  5.              To receive and adopt the Accounts for the year ending 31^st March 2025

  
  

  6.              To consider the attached Rules changes as recommended by the Council and put them to the meeting

  
  

  7.              To confirm the appointment of the Senior Vice President Allan Graveson as the President for the ensuing year

   

  8.              To elect a Senior Vice President – Your Council recommends David Selves as Senior Vice President

   

  9.              To elect a Junior Vice President – Your Council recommends Nick Dougan as Junior Vice President.

   

  10.           To elect the Honorary Secretary, Honorary Membership Secretary and the Honorary Treasurer all of whom have been duly proposed and seconded.

  
  

  11.           To elect members to serve on the Council in accordance the Rules as applicable following item 7 above

  Nominations for places on the Council should be sent in writing to the Secretary proposed and seconded to be received before 14th April 2025 
  
  

  12.           To elect not more than two Honorary Auditors
