The Club is governed by Officers and a Council who are elected at the Annual General Meeting each year. The Presidential roles are each for a one year term and the two Vice-Presidents move up at the end of their term of office. Whilst the Secretary and Treasurer are elected annually, there is not limit of their term of office. The Officers are in regular contact and the Council meets four times a year and additionally when needed.

The Club also has two Patrons, currently Alderman Vincent Keaveny CBE and Alderman Gregory Jones KC, these being the Aldermen for the Wards of Farringdon Within (the wall) and Farringdon Without (the wall).
